Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of bobcekay.com (the "site"), run by Bob Cekay ("I", "me"). By creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to them.

Accounts

You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. I may suspend accounts that abuse the site or other people.

Memberships and billing

Memberships are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

If you switch tiers, Stripe prorates the difference. Prices may change; I'll email you at least 30 days before any change affects you.

Refunds

Because members-only content is available immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — a duplicate charge, or you couldn't access what you paid for — email hello@bobcekay.com and I'll make it right.

Members-only content

Everything on the site — songs, recordings, videos, writing, and images — belongs to me. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to stream and view it. Please don't download, redistribute, or reupload members-only content.

The fine print

The site is provided "as is". I'll do my best to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months.

I may update these terms; if the changes are significant I'll let members know by email.
